Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges may only be accepted if the item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with seals intact, and requested within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, installed, washed, coloured, cut, or altered in any way.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
